The Joi Element was born on the floor of my sister’s house—freshly separated, my toddler in my lap and a laptop balancing the weight of possibility. What began as virtual assistant work—powered by my admin skills and customer service background—has grown into a fully-formed creative agency nearly 15 years in the making.

But this was never just about tasks or timelines. It’s always been about transformation.

I lead with my whole self—mistakes, lessons and all—because I believe every brand has a moment waiting to break through. That "I get it now." moment. The fear melts. The vision sharpens. Everything aligns. That’s why I do this.

I share what I know—through traditional learning, lived experience and relentless ideation. My mind is always in motion: "What if we tried this?" "Have you considered that?" Brainstorming is my love language.
